Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Handle lead management, follow-ups, and conversion to maximize sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hostel owners, property partners, and clients.
- Support in identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing and operations) to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with senior management.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
- Assist in onboarding new properties and maintaining quality listings.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients and partners.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in hospitality, real estate, or co-living).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to convert leads and achieve targets.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
