Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will drive revenue and growth by managing sales operations, developing client relationships, and meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive showroom sales and consistently meet targets
- Manage walk-in footfall and improve conversion rates
- Build strong client relationships and ensure a premium customer experience
- Provide design-led product guidance tailored to customer needs
- Coordinate with backend teams for seamless order processing
- Oversee order updates (UOS) and ensure excellent after-sales support
