Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced professional to lead our sales operations in the Delhi/NCR (North region) and drive business expansion across key industrial sectors.
Location: Noida.
Industry: Industrial Safety / Fall Protection / Lifeline Systems
Travel: PAN India
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Generate new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and industrial sectors
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and channel partners
• Lead and mentor the regional sales team
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for lifeline & fall protection systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely collections
Candidate Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial or safety product sales
✔ Strong exposure to lifeline systems, fall arrest systems, PPE, or industrial safety solutions
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and account management skills
✔ Ability to manage key accounts and large clients
✔ Willingness to travel across regions
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing
Knowledge of OSHA, IS standards, and safety compliance will be an added advantage.
