Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai who will focus on driving MICE & Wholesale business for Fairfield by Marriott Anjuna Goa. The role is responsible for generating group revenue and building strong corporate and agency relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate MICE , groupand wholesale business from Mumbai market
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, event planners, and travel agents
- Achieve monthly revenue and room night targets
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations
- Coordinate with hotel operations for smooth execution of groups and events
- Participate in sales events, roadshows, and networking activities
- Track market trends and competitor activity
Key Requirements:
- Experience in hotel sales with strong MICE exposu
- reGood network in Mumbai corporate and travel trade mark
- etStrong communication and negotiation skil
