Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, creating effective sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing sales pitches, leading negotiations, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales goals with overall company objectives. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills to drive success in an evolving digital technology landscape.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven ability in sales planning, client acquisition, revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
- Client Management: Skills in building and maintaining strong client relationships and leading effective negotiations.
- Strategic Thinking: Expertise in identifying market opportunities and creating data-driven sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing and product development to achieve common goals.
- Communication and Leadership: Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with team leadership and motivational skills.
- Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of digital transformation technologies like open-source solutions, ERP systems, or Web 3.0 advancements is an advantage.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with relevant sales management experience.
