Sales Manager (Genset Industry)

📍 Location: Pan India – Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Kerala, Uttarakhand & Telangana

💰 Budget: Up to ₹12 LPA
📢 Industry: Genset / Power Solutions / DG Sets
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and business development for Generator / Genset products across assigned regions.
* Manage and expand dealer & distributor network for business growth.
* Build strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent revenue generation.
* Identify new market opportunities and develop regional sales strategies.
* Achieve sales targets and maintain strong market presence.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and customer support.
Candidate Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Generator / Genset sales.
✔️ Strong experience in dealer/distributor handling is mandatory.
✔️ Candidates handling direct clients only will not be considered.
✔️ Must have experience with brands like:
* Honda
* Mahindra
* Cummins
✔️ Strong regional market knowledge and channel sales experience.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills.
Preferred Profile:
* Candidates from Power Solutions / DG Set / Industrial Equipment background.
* Experience in managing multiple dealers across territories.
