Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager for a Real Estate client at Malur, Kolar(Bangalore). The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves developing sales strategies, leading and mentoring a sales team, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, and Customer Acquisition
- Skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Market Analysis
- Strong Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Sales Reporting, and Sales Forecasting
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in HR solutions or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
