Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven, confident, and experienced Sales Manager to lead end-to-end client engagement for high-value custom jewellery sales. This role goes beyond traditional sales and involves complete ownership of the client journey, from first interaction to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Handle all client interactions across WhatsApp, calls, and meetings with professionalism
- Communicate fluently in English with international clients
- Understand different accents and maintain clarity in conversations
- Act as the primary point of contact for all clients
- Manage client groups and ensure timely and accurate responses
- Appointment & Schedule Management
- Book and manage client consultations, store visits, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate timelines between clients, production team, and accounts team
- Maintain discipline in scheduling, tracking, and follow-ups
- Sales Ownership & Revenue Generation
- Convert leads into confirmed orders independently
- Handle high-value custom jewellery sales without founder dependency
- Guide clients through design discussions, diamond selection, and budget alignment
- Take complete ownership of revenue generation and targets
- Client Experience & Journey Management
- Manage the full client journey from inquiry to delivery
- Ensure clarity, trust, and confidence at every stage
- Provide regular updates and maintain a premium client experience
