Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Hyderabad/Bangalore, Baroda and Delhi with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include formulating sales strategies, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive and strategic approach to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Relationship management, client communication, and customer service expertise
- Proficient in market research and competitive analysis
- Understanding of industrial and environmental technologies is preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools is a plus
