🔍 Role: Team Manager (experienced BPO Manager in Voice Process)
📍 Location: Delhi/ Noida
💼 Experience: 4–5 years
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of advisors in sales or sales + customer service processes
- Drive team performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Monitor calls, provide feedback, and ensure quality & compliance standards
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members for continuous improvement
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversions and customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–5 years of experience in a BPO (voice process) as Manager
- Proven experience in managing telecalling teams (sales or blended processes)
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, call quality, and team performance metrics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-energy environment
