Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales operations, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Core responsibilities include creating effective sales strategies, managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, and generating revenue growth. Additionally, the role involves maintaining consistent communication with clients, organizing sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy Development, Negotiation, and Team Leadership
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective plans
- Knowledge of the real estate market and customer behavior
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
