Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from initial inquiry to final conversion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Understand customer requirements in depth, including workspace needs, usage patterns, and customization preferences.
- Deliver personalized product recommendations aligned with individual customer profiles and brand standards.
- Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining a consultative, non-transactional sales approach.
- Lead customer interactions with clarity, professionalism, and a strong sense of brand representation.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members on consultative selling techniques and customer engagement.
