π Weβre Hiring: Global SaaS Sales Manager (EV Charging Management Platform)
At Energic, we are building a next-generation EV charging management platform. As we expand rapidly, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Global SaaS Sales Manager to join our team.
π Location: Remote or Office-based
π Type: Full-time
π What Youβll Do
- Drive end-to-end SaaS sales for our EV charging platform
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders including CPOs, real estate developers, fleet operators, and energy companies
- Lead client conversations from qualification β demo β proposal β negotiation β closing
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, operations) to deliver tailored solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across GCC and international markets
π― What Weβre Looking For
- Proven experience in SaaS / software sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills with fluent English (mandatory)
- Additional languages such as Arabic or other regional languages are a strong plus
- Experience in energy, EV charging, mobility, or infrastructure sectors is a plus
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships
