Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Telesales to lead and manage the telesales team, drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and ensure daily target achievement. The role requires strong leadership, performance monitoring, and strategic planning skills. (Preferring Kerala Based Candidates)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs such as conversion rate, call productivity, revenue, and attendance.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance review meetings.
- Ensure strict follow-up mechanisms for lead conversions.
- Monitor lead quality and coordinate with relevant teams for improvements.
- Develop sales strategies to improve closures and revenue generation.
- Train and coach team members on pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Track Actual vs. Target performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports to management.

Qualifications
