Role Description
This full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager is based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales operations, identify and pursue real estate investment leads, build and maintain relationships with clients, and collaborate with developers to negotiate deals. Responsibilities include overseeing team performance, driving sales strategies to meet targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills to ensure streamlined operations and impeccable client service.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales and Business Development within the Real Estate or related industry.
- Strong Client Relationship Management, including building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Strategic Planning, and Deal Closures to achieve sales targets and maximize ROI.
- Effective Leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams, setting goals, and driving performance.
- Exceptional Communication, Networking, and Presentation skills.
- Understanding of the NCR real estate market trends and investment opportunities; knowledge of Goa's market is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location - Sector 42, gurugram
Time - 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
