Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our pan India location. This role involves managing and driving sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and achieving revenue targets. and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Day-to-day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong Negotiation, Customer Acquisition, and Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Coaching
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and CRM Tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Knowledge of the healthcare or medical equipment sector is highly beneficial
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
