Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, leading negotiations, providing client support, and analyzing market trends to drive revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to stakeholders will also be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Trend Identification, and Revenue Forecasting
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving
- Knowledge of the trucking or logistics sector is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a solution-driven mindset
