Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Sales Manager position. The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategizing and implementing sales plans to expand the client base, nurture customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring prospective clients, understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction while identifying opportunities to enhance business processes.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development experience, including client prospecting, relationship management, and contract negotiation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build client trust and partnerships.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions appropriately.
- Knowledge of warehousing, supply chain, or logistics industries, or experience with B2B/E-commerce business models, is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to track performance and manage client interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive and dynamic environment.
