Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team, working on-site at our Hyderabad location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. This role involves managing sales processes from lead generation to deal closure, conducting market analysis, and providing insights to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as engineering and operations will be a vital aspect of this role to ensure seamless project execution and successful client engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales strategy development and execution, as well as business development
- Expertise in client relationship management and effective communication
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and generate actionable strategies
- Familiarity with technical aspects of process equipment or experience working in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or food is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage
- Proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
