Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in the Greater Kolkata Area with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, building partnerships, developing sales reports, and managing a team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic planning abilities with experience in Sales Forecasting and Market Research
- Team leadership and management experience, including training and performance oversight
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
- Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
