• Position: Sales Manager – Industrial & Commercial
• Location: Surat, Gujarat

Earthwave Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Solar Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Industrial & Commercial (I&C) solar sales, generating new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and manage Industrial & Commercial solar sales leads
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site discussions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with technical teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with industries, commercial clients, and consultants
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Industrial & Commercial sales (Solar industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good understanding of rooftop solar solutions and EPC business
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Candidate should be comfortable with client visits and field sales activities
