Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Hennur, Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will lead the end-to-end sales cycle for luxury residential and investment properties, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property consultations, and closing transactions. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of HNI and NRI clients, providing tailored advisory on premium inventory, and coordinating site visits and property tours. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and developers to access exclusive listings, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth documentation and post-sales support. The position also includes tracking market trends, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and representing Dwelling at client meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or luxury sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong client relationship management skills, especially with HNI and/or NRI clients, with a focus on trust-building and long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional regional or international languages is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment concepts, and property valuation fundamentals.
- Comfort with on-site client interactions, site visits, and in-person negotiations in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic sales analytics, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or sales are a plus.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when dealing with sensitive client information and high-value transactions.
