Role Description
As a Sales Manager at Dwelling, you will oversee client relationships, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and achieve targeted sales goals. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing and mentoring the sales team, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires the ability to organize site visits, provide market insights, and guide clients through the entire sales cycle while maintaining a focus on luxury property experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hennur, Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of luxury and investment-driven real estate
- Team management and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and guide employees
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
- Proven expertise in executing end-to-end client engagement processes, including site visits, contract negotiations, and documentation handling
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach with a focus on high-end client experiences
- Prior experience in luxury real estate sales or premium property investments is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
