Role Description
Dreamyard Realtech Pvt Ltd is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our on-site team in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales activities, build and maintain client relationships, meet sales targets, and collaborate with developers to drive successful transactions. The individual will also guide clients in making informed real estate purchasing decisions, ensure satisfaction, and generate new business opportunities through networking and lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Customer relationship management and client service skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and gather insights to strategize sales approaches
- Proficiency in real estate industry practices, including an understanding of resale and rental markets
- Excellent organizational and team management abilities
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry or similar field is highly advantageous
