Hiring | Sales Manager – Commercial Leasing | Delhi NCR
Direct Spaces is hiring an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Commercial Real Estate Leasing and should be capable of managing the complete sales cycle while leading and mentoring a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for commercial office spaces
• Engage with qualified leads and understand client workspace requirements
• Conduct property tours and client meetings across Delhi NCR
• Negotiate commercials and successfully close transactions
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and property consultants
• Ensure CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and process adherence
• Coordinate with inside sales and business development teams for seamless deal execution
Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• In-depth understanding of the Delhi NCR commercial real estate market
• Experience in office leasing, coworking, or managed office solutions preferred
• Ability to manage high-intent clients and drive team performance professionally
