Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru North. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales activities, foster relationships with clients, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying leads, maintaining customer relationships, managing negotiations, and providing property consultation services. The role also requires collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless execution of customer needs and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation: Proven skills in sales, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving targets.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate sales teams effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
- Communication and Presentation: Proficiency in verbal and written communication for client engagements and presenting solutions with clarity.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the real estate market, home loan processes, and home decor/interior design services is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to analyze changing market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Educational Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in Villa sales.
