Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Manager for Molecular Diagnostics Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, conducting market analysis, and presenting product offerings to clients in the medical and research sectors. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the company’s footprint and fostering trust with existing and potential clientele.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Revenue Growth
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management and Client Engagement
- Ability to execute Market Analysis and Implement Strategic Planning
- Understanding of Molecular Biology and Immunohistochemistry-related products is highly desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Effective leadership and team management capabilities
- Proven ability to work independently and meet business targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, or research industry preferred
