Are you a results-driven Real Estate Sales professional with 5–10 years of experience and a proven track record in achieving sales targets?
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dehradun – IT Park.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Drive sales and achieve monthly & annual targets
🔹 Develop and implement effective sales strategies
🔹 Generate leads and convert prospects into successful bookings
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
🔹 Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
🔹 Lead, motivate and manage the sales team
🔹 Monitor market trends and competitor activities
🔹 Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5–10 years of relevant experience in real estate sales
✔️ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
✔️ Excellent client relationship and business development abilities
✔️ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✔️ Knowledge of the Dehradun real estate market will be an added advantage
