Job OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Professional with 4+ years of experience in the B2C service industry, preferably in Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or B2C services.
The candidate should have strong experience in revenue generation and high-value project sales, client meetings, proposal presentations, negotiations, and deal closures. Proven expertise in client relationship management, objection handling, payment follow-ups, post-sales coordination, and sales pipeline management is essential.
The role requires someone capable of driving conversions, managing high-value deals, and consistently achieving revenue targets in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve individual and team sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and convert company-generated leads while also developing new business opportunities through referrals and networking.
- Drive the sales process through design presentation meetings, offer presentations, negotiations, and successful sales closure.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle objections, pricing discussions, negotiations, and final deal closures
- Guide and support the sales team in follow-ups, client handling, and lead conversion strategies.
- Handle key client discussions and support team members during critical negotiations when required
- Monitor sales pipeline movement and assist team members in improving conversions.
- Manage post-sales coordination and project handover with internal teams.
- Ensure payment follow-ups and timely collections from clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction / Interior / Architecture / Service Industry Sales.
- Experience in handling high-value project sales (₹10L – ₹1Cr+) will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets independently.
- Experience in client handling, negotiation, objection handling, and post-sales management.
- Experience in guiding and supporting sales team members in improving sales performance and conversions.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting preferred.
- Kannada language is mandatory.
