Sales Manager
MT5 CRM | Forex Trading Platform | Prop Trading Platform (B2B FinTech)

Role Summary
Join as a hands-on Sales Manager to drive revenue for our MT5 CRM, Forex Trading Platform, and Prop Trading Platform. Hit the ground running: close deals immediately, build outbound/partner
pipelines, then hire and lead SDRs → AEs/AMs. Own the full cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close → handover → expansion.
Products
• MT5 CRM: Broker CRM, onboarding, IB/affiliate tracking, ticketing, reporting, client workflows.
• Forex Trading Platform: Client portal, dashboards, payments/integrations, analytics.
• Prop Trading Platform: Challenges, rule engine, trader portal, KYC, payouts, risk controls.
• Plus: White-label deployments, integrations, AMC/support retainers.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business (Direct Sales)
• Build pipeline targeting Forex brokers, prop firms, trading businesses, fintechs, aggregators.
• Lead consultative discovery (requirements, compliance, budget, stakeholders).
• Run high-ROI demos focused on conversion, retention, and efficiency.
• Own proposals/SOWs, pricing, terms; close independently.
2. Pipeline & Operations
• Maintain CRM rigor: weekly reviews, forecasts, deal health.
• Define ICP, qualification, stages (SQL → demo → proposal → commit → closed).
• Track activities, coverage (3-4x quota), close probability.
3. Partnerships
• Grow ecosystem: IB networks, MT5 vendors, PSPs, compliance tools, resellers.
• Develop enablement collateral and channel agreements.
4. Team Building (Player-Coach)
• Hire/ramp SDRs first, then AEs/AMs.
• Set KPIs, coach daily, run weekly cadences.
• Create playbooks and onboarding.5. Handover & Expansion
• Ensure seamless delivery handovers with clear scopes/timelines.
• Drive upsells: add-ons, integrations, rollouts, renewals.
• Nurture C-level relationships to minimize churn.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
• New revenue (setup + retainers).
• Pipeline coverage (3-4x quota).
• SQLs, demo/proposal conversions, win rate, cycle length.
• Forecast accuracy, CRM hygiene.
• Expansion revenue.
• Team output (post-hiring): SDR meetings, AE bookings, conversions.
Requirements:
Must-Have
• 5-10+ years B2B sales/BD in Forex/Trading/FinTech/Prop/Broker-tech.
• Deep MT5 ecosystem and broker/prop workflow knowledge.
• Track record closing mid/high-ticket deals (platforms/white-label/integrations).
• Outbound + partner pipeline skills (beyond inbound).
• Technical fluency: APIs, architecture, security.
• Elite negotiation, stakeholder, proposal skills.
Nice-to-Have
• Sold CRM/prop platforms, KYC/AML, payments, PAMM/MAM.
• International experience (GCC, Africa, SEA, LATAM, Eastern Europe).
• Built/managed SDR/AE teams and playbooks.
• Compensation: Fixed + Uncapped Variable (OTE).
30/60/90-Day Plan
Days 1-30
• Master demos/objections.
• Define ICP/messaging; launch outbound; set CRM rhythms.
Days 31-60
• Consistent demos/proposals; active partner pipeline.
• Late-stage deals; build templates (proposals, pricing, checklists).
Days 61-90
• Close first wins; repeatable pipeline.
• SDR hiring plan; reliable forecasts.
