Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, exploring new market opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights to the leadership team. The manager will also oversee the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction while driving business growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and generate actionable insights
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and reporting systems
- Proactive and goal-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the Gujarat market or similar industry is advantageous
