Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager for an on-site, full-time position based in Ranchi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating client relationships, driving sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and managing the sales team. Key responsibilities include leading negotiations, monitoring market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will contribute to driving revenue growth and ensuring customer retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Relationship Building, and Client Acquisition
- Skills in Sales Forecasting, Market Analysis, and Sales Strategy development
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of interior design or home improvement is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi with a proactive approach to achieve sales objectives
