Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and developing strategic sales plans. Other responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance and identifying trends in the market to drive growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals, along with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Skills in market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy development.
- Communication and Negotiation: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present, persuade, and negotiate with clients at various levels.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to meet client needs.
- Experience in industrial or construction sectors is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
