Job Description – Territory Sales Manager (Franchise Development – ISP Network)

Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive franchise development and sales expansion for our ISP network services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding franchise partners, managing ProConnect freelancers for general sales activities, and coordinating with the technical team for installation and support requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess strong field sales experience, franchise development capabilities, and team coordination skills within the telecom, broadband, or networking industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new franchise partners for broadband/ISP services within the assigned territory.
- Develop and expand the ISP network business through local market penetration and relationship management.
- Manage and guide ProConnect freelancers for lead generation, customer acquisition, and general sales activities.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure monthly business targets are achieved.
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial areas.
- Coordinate with the technical/support team for installation feasibility, service activation, and issue resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and ensure smooth operational support.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and territory performance analysis to management.
- Ensure proper branding and visibility activities within the assigned territory.
- Handle customer escalations and coordinate internally for quick resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecom, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in ISP, broadband, telecom, franchise development, or field sales.
- Strong understanding of FTTH/Broadband/ISP sales operations.
- Experience in managing field sales teams or freelancers is an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to coordinate between sales and technical teams effectively.
- Target-oriented and capable of handling field operations independently.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
