Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will lead efforts in generating and closing sales opportunities for the company's datacenter solutions, including hyperscale, colocation, and edge services. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, building strong professional relationships, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align customer requirements with the company’s solutions and delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a strong track record in achieving targets
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales pitches and effective account management
- Knowledge of datacenter solutions, including hyperscale, colocation, and edge computing technologies
- Capability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in technical sales or similar roles; prior experience in the datacenter or IT sector is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is advantageous
