Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Chennai for an experienced Sales Manager. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing a team of sales professionals, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to establish and expand market presence, while also preparing and analyzing sales reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, including the ability to guide and motivate a sales team
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Business development and client relationship management expertise
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the construction, aluminum windows, and doors industry is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in strategic planning and using CRM or sales management software
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and willingness to travel as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
