Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is based at our Crowne Plaza® New Delhi Rohini location. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves coordinating with different hotel departments to develop tailored sales proposals, managing contract negotiations, and preparing regular sales performance reports to ensure targets are met. The Sales Manager will also represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows to enhance visibility and secure high-value partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales strategy development, revenue generation, and key account management
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and client relationship building
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and experience with event and conference sales
- Ability to collaborate across different departments for seamless execution of sales operations
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales performance analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
