Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our partnerships ecosystem. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and leading end-to-end sales efforts — from prospecting to closure. You will play a key role in shaping how brands engage with culture through Crowd Control’s offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new business development and revenue growth
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships across industries
- Leading sales pitches, presentations, and proposal development
- Managing and optimising the sales pipeline
- Identifying market trends and translating them into actionable opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams (strategy, content, partnerships) to deliver integrated solutions
- Meeting and exceeding defined sales targets
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within creative agencies, media, or brand partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and grow accounts
- Strong understanding of culture-led marketing across music, fashion, sports, and entertainment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into revenue opportunities
- Proven experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
