Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Aligarh. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, and achieve market share growth. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales team, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting market research to inform strategic plans. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders, preparation of performance reports, and ensuring that sales targets are met consistently.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Sales Strategy, Account Management, Market Analysis, and Business Development
- Proven skills in Team Leadership, Relationship Building, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience with Negotiation, Budget Planning, and Revenue Forecasting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in a managerial sales role is highly preferred
