Role Description
We are looking for a commercially sharp and relationship-driven Sales Manager to lead our growth across institutional, B2B, and trade channels. You will be the primary driver of revenue generation, from identifying prospects to closing accounts, while working closely with leadership on go-to-market strategy and channel expansion.
You will oversee sales operations, lead business development initiatives, and build strong relationships with clients. The role also involves presenting solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer experience
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new B2B clients — QSRs, cloud kitchens, hotels, hospitals, event management companies, and corporate cafeterias
- Build and manage a network of trade distributors, modern retail buyers, and e-commerce marketplace accounts
- Develop territory-wise sales plans, set revenue targets with the Director, and own monthly/quarterly pipeline reporting
- Lead proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, and contract finalisation for institutional and large-volume accounts
- Represent Creo Greens at industry events, sustainability forums, and trade fairs to build brand visibility and commercial relationships
- Provide market feedback to the product and operations teams on packaging requirements, pricing sensitivity, and competitor activity
What we are looking for
- 2–5 years of B2B or trade sales experience, preferably biodegradable packaging, sustainable FMCG, or closely adjacent sectors
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify leads, build relationships, and close commercial deals
- Familiarity with institutional procurement processes, distributor onboarding, or modern trade operations
- Strong communication in English and Hindi; comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories for client development and relationship management
- Genuine alignment with sustainability as a business value, not just a talking point
Good to have
- Existing network in food service, hospitality, or institutional procurement verticals
- Prior experience at an early-stage or growth-stage company where you've worn multiple hats
