Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive the sales process, develop and maintain client relationships, and manage sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market analysis, leading a team, and ensuring the achievement of team objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Leadership and team management abilities, ensuring the motivation and development of team members
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical and market research skills to identify trends and business opportunities
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations and meet deadlines
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is an added advantage
