Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Manager – Sales to join our high-performance sales team at our Noida Sector 63 office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal loan or digital lending sales and a proven track record of leading large sales teams. This is a full-time, on-site role with rotational week offs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team of 50+members to achieve individual and collective targets
- Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals in the personal loan and digital lending segment
- Monitor daily team performance, productivity metrics, and calling activity to ensure consistent target achievement
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure high conversion and satisfaction rates
- Collaborate with operations, credit, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of the sales process
- Analyze sales data and generate performance reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines during all sales activities
- Coach underperforming team members and implement structured improvement plans
- Maintain a positive, target-driven team culture with high morale and accountability
Who we are looking for
- Candidates with hands-on experience exclusively in personal loan or digital lending sales — this is a mandatory requirement
- Proven experience managing a sales team of 50 or more members directly
- Strong leadership, people management, and performance coaching skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, dialer systems, and sales analytics platforms
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions based on sales metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- 2+ years of total sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership role
- Graduate or postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
