Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the sales process, managing a dynamic sales team, analyzing market trends, and preparing reports to track sales performance and growth. The Sales Manager will also be instrumental in negotiating contracts, closing deals, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Willingness to travel as required
