Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is based in Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai. The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth through the strategic acquisition and retention of clients. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and leading a sales team to achieve targets. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Account Management
• Experience in identifying market opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals
• Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Consultative Selling
• Knowledge of Renewable Energy or Solar Industry sales practices preferred
• Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Communication abilities
• Analytical skills to conduct Market Research, Track Performance Metrics, and Prepare Reports
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
