Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, identify and engage potential clients, and build and maintain relationships with existing customers. The role will include generating sales leads, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service offerings. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, report on sales performance, and provide regular updates to management.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, including client relationship building, strategic planning, and sales process improvement.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present solutions to clients.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and leverage data to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Experience in the marine, shipping, or logistics industries is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
  • Willingness to adapt, learn, and maintain an in-depth understanding of marine industry products and services.
