Role Description: The Manager role at Conmat Heavy Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The role includes overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of projects and service activities. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, supporting planning and resource allocation, and helping implement company policies and process improvements. The Manager will assist in resolving operational challenges, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires active participation in field activities, close coordination with the regional office, and timely communication with senior management.
Qualifications
- Operational management and coordination skills, including the ability to oversee daily activities and support project execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for monitoring performance, preparing reports, and addressing operational issues.
- Basic knowledge of construction or heavy equipment industry, with understanding of concrete equipment or related machinery preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience in operations, service, or project management is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Guwahati, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
