- Business Development: Identifying and acquiring new clients through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Sales Process: Presenting print products, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Customer Consultation: Understanding client needs, advising on printing technologies, and providing tailored solutions.
- Project Coordination: Coordinating with production/technical teams to ensure orders are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
- Reporting: Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and keeping records in CRM software
Requirements
- Experience: Proven sales experience, specifically within the printing, packaging, or graphic arts industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of printing technologies, substrates, and finishing processes.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
