Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies for HRMS software products, targeting small to large enterprises in various sectors.
Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and manage a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide mentorship and training to sales executives.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to drive growth. Maintain awareness of competitor activities and industry changes.
Client Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also generating new client leads through cold calls, meetings, and networking. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, manage key performance metrics, and provide timely reports on sales performance to senior management.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation and closing of deals. Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of software for clients.
Brand Awareness: Promote the company's brand and build a strong presence in the HR software market. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that align with sales objectives.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest features and updates of the HRMS software to provide clients with relevant information and solve product-related queries.
Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the product development team to improve the software offerings.
