Role Overview
Amtrex Elevators is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead business development across residential and commercial segments. The role focuses on building relationships with architects, builders, consultants, and premium clients while driving project acquisition and market expansion.
The ideal candidate combines technical understanding, strong client engagement skills, and a results-driven approach to premium building solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop business through architects, builders, consultants, and property owners
• Identify and pursue opportunities in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
• Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and site visits
• Collaborate with engineering teams for proposals and solution alignment
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting
• Represent Amtrex in project discussions and industry interactions
• Support brand visibility and market expansion initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 6-10 years of experience in elevators industry.
• Strong network with architects, builders, or real estate stakeholders preferred
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project development
• Self-driven, structured, and growth-oriented professional
