Role Description The Sales Manager role at Codesbizz is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for website design, graphic design, and hosting services, while also nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting through various channels, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts aligned with company goals. The role involves collaborating closely with design and technical teams to understand service capabilities, develop tailored solutions, and ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, track sales performance using CRM tools, prepare regular reports and forecasts, and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in IT, digital services, or marketing agencies.
- Strong skills in lead generation, client prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Ability to understand and explain website design, graphic design, and hosting solutions in clear business terms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with a focus on consultative selling.
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools and basic proficiency in office productivity software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and the local business landscape in Lucknow is an advantage.
